A 3-days Gorilla tracking Safari Uganda leads you to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, found in Southwest Uganda, the only park in the whole world which is still having half of the reaming endangered Mountain gorillas. This safari is encompassed with the Batwa experience that can be done after your gorilla trekking adventure on return to Lodge in the evening hours where you get to experience cultural experience not forgetting the Uganda Equator experience for some souvenir shopping on your return journey to Kampala.

Itinerary for 3 Days Gorilla tracking Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Bwindi with Lunch stopover in Mbarara

After breakfast, if you stayed in Entebbe or Kampala, our driver or guide will pick you up from the place of resident or hotel at 8:00 am, start off with the journey heading to Mbarara, however, you can have a brief stopover for lunch in Mbarara town and later continue to Kabale sighting rolling hills of Kigezi, and the final destination is Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, check-in booked Accommodation. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

Have your morning breakfast, while waiting for your driver/guide to pick you up and transfer you to the briefing point not forgetting to have you’re picked lunch from the Lodge. Meet with UWA Park Range who will group you into a tracking group and give you a lesson on the dos and don’ts when you’re in the jungle or with mountain gorillas, with an hour allowed for interaction. Return to the meeting spot to be transferred to the lodge, unwind, and get ready for a guided evening. After dinner, spend the night at the Lodge.

Day 3: Transfer from Bwindi to Kampala with Uganda Equator stopover

After morning breakfast, check out of the Lodge and start off returning journey back to Kampala, the most important thing, we shall have en-route lunch and a brief stopover at the Uganda Equator for leg stretching and some souvenir purchases if you wish to. Later head to the final destination Kampala or Entebbe airport drop-off if you have an evening flight departure.
